Face & Lash Studio by Tami operates an appointment follow-up text message program. After your visit, we may send you a text message thanking you for coming in and inviting you to leave a review. These messages come from Face & Lash Studio by Tami, 3460 S Ridgewood Ave, Ste A, Port Orange, FL 32129.
You can join the program in one of two ways. Check the text message consent box on our booking form, or sign the text message consent line on the intake form you complete at the studio. We do not add anyone to the program without that express written consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and declining will never affect the service you receive.
Message frequency varies. In most cases you will receive a single message following a visit, and we will not send more than one message per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any further messages in this program. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling (386) 212-1386 or emailing contactus@faceandlashstudiobytami.com.
If you opt out and later change your mind, you can rejoin by opting in again through either method above.
