Face & Lash Studio by Tami sits at 3460 S Ridgewood Ave Ste A, Port Orange — directly on US-1, less than a mile south of the Dunlawton Avenue intersection that every Port Orange resident passes through. This is the studio's home city. Most Port Orange clients arrive in 2 to 12 minutes; from the Spruce Creek corridor it's about 12 minutes via US-1, and from neighborhoods like Cypress Head, the Villages of Royal Palm, or the Dunlawton corridor it's typically 5 to 10. There is no real "drive" — clients live here.

Port Orange is the largest city in Volusia County by population, and it doesn't feel like a suburb. It's overwhelmingly single-family homes spread across 28.9 square miles, anchored by US-1 to the east and Dunlawton Avenue running east to west. Spruce Creek Fly-In — the world's largest residential airpark, with about 5,000 residents on a 4,000-foot lit runway — sits at the city's southern edge. Cypress Head's 18-hole Arthur Hills course and the gated subdivisions along Spruce Creek Boulevard occupy the southwest. The Villages of Royal Palm and the established neighborhoods along the US-1 / Dunlawton corridor frame the northern half. Many of our clients come from these communities; some walk or bike to appointments.

Port Orange sits inland of the Halifax River — the city's eastern boundary follows the Intracoastal, but most residential areas are well west of the water. That means significantly less salt air and direct UV reflection than clients in Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, or Ormond Beach experience daily. The dominant skin profile we see here mixes mid-life maintenance concerns with the more mature skin profile common in the Cypress Head and Spruce Creek 55+ population — Tami's broadest demographic range across the service area.

We schedule around the city's calendar — Riverfest and Brew & Food Fest at City Center, the December Holiday Parade on Dunlawton, the Spruce Creek Fly-In Toy Parade, the Mayor's Golf Tournament at Cypress Head, and weddings at Riverside Pavilion (less than 0.2 miles down US-1 from the studio) and Spruce Creek Country Club.
