When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your requested appointment date and time. When you visit the studio, we may collect the same details along with the intake information needed to perform your treatment safely.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required for your treatment.
We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, to contact you about your visit, to provide your treatment safely, and to keep the records a licensed esthetician is required to keep. If you have given us permission, we also use your mobile number to send the appointment follow-up text message described below.
We operate an appointment follow-up text message program. If you opt in, we may send you a text message after your visit to thank you and to invite you to leave a review. You can opt in by checking the consent box on our booking form or by signing the consent line on our in-studio intake form.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do share your mobile number with the messaging provider that delivers our text messages, acting solely as our subcontractor for the purpose of sending those messages. That provider is not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
We use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand how visitors find and use this website. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, and device type. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
